Ty Gwyn Medium Dry Cider

7 Mar

After a day of listening to medical education at the School of Medicine and having done my girls’ bed time stories, I going to open a bottle of real Welsh cider to complement my dinner.

Details: 2013 Seider Cymraeg, 6% alc vol, lovely clear pale yellow. Fizzy – dry tannic flavour.
According to the information on the bottle it’s made from Vilberie and Brown Snout apples – both proper cider apples 🙂
It has a vague cheesy sort of taste, quite a rich complex mouthfeel and seems like a traditional proper cider.
